Issaquah Women in Business is a chapter of Washington Women in Business founded in 2014.
Washington Women in Business (WA WiB) is a student run, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing young women with access to business education, real world opportunities to build skills in the field, and a life-long network of empowered females.
Co-Founder, Grace Chen, created this organization in 2014 as a direct response to the lack of programs encouraging young women to become future business leaders. Events hosted by Executive Director of WA WiB, Lauren Spencer, all share the common goal of inspiring, empowering, and educating aspiring female business leaders from all across Washington state. Our team believes that by exposing high school women to business opportunities and refining their raw talent, we can give young women the confidence and skills they need to be successful in their future careers.
WA WiB harnesses the talent of the future female business leaders of tomorrow.
